License Terms

Terminal iOS uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. No custom EULA is supplied in App Store Connect.

The current standard agreement is published by Apple at:

Subscriptions, introductory offers, billing, refunds, and cancellation are administered through the customer's Apple Account and are subject to the Apple Media Services terms applicable in the customer's country or region.

The separately installed host package for commercial v1 exists only to enable the licensed Terminal iOS app on a customer-controlled Apple-silicon Mac. It does not grant access to another person's computer, account, data, or network. Customers remain responsible for the commands they run, host backups, and compliance with rules that apply to their systems and data.

Open-source and third-party components in the app and host package remain subject to their included licenses and notices. Those licenses are not replaced by Apple's standard agreement.
